A description of data privacy for the Frog Street applications is described below as it relates to FERPA and COPPA requirements:


The AIM Assessment platform is a data collection and reporting tool for observational formative assessment data. 

  1. Frog Street Customer Success staff have access to registration information in order to manage subscriptions and access to applicable content. 
  2. During rostering, the data collected is the child’s first name, last name, birthdate (optional), class name, school name, and the ratings entered by his or her teacher. Teachers are rostered or manually set up using the username, email, first name, last name, school/district, and address.

  4. Parents are provided parent reports on their child’s progress and may request all their child’s records at any time.
